Link

Link is the main character in the game, you control him in his quest to defeat the evil tyrant Ganondorf. he is a hyrulian but has been brought up in Kokiri Forest with the Kokiri children and has now, with his trusty side-kick Navi, got to save the land from annihilation. Definately the best character overall in the game

Princess Zelda

Princees Zelda plays a large part in the game, she speaks to Link at the start of the game and sets the scene for what is to come. Unfortunately, even though she is very important to the plot, she isn't in the game enough, or is she??

Ganondorf

Ganondorf is the the official 'baddy' of the game, he wants to hold the power of the triforce so that he can rule Hyrule. He does for a good chunk of the game but Link try's to defeat him and well, in my game he succeeded. Many impressive cut scenes involving Ganondorf make the game a lot more atmospheric but the final battle is where Ganondorf is best.

Shiek

Shiek appears many times when Link is older and is very mysterious. At first I thought Shiek was a male but I was mistaken. Oops, I won't say any more.

Saria

Saria is one of Links closest Kokiri freinds and plays a large role in the game. Stupid hair but does give Link the fairy ocarina.

Lon Lon Folk

These people are really, friendly, apart from Ingo, but you get Epona when you go to Lon Lon Ranch so that is a good thing.
